Founder & CEO
Craig Workman has worked with more than 40 well-known local and national business organizations to develop and implement strategic communications programs that produced the desired results. He has extensive experience in the construction, agriculture, senior living, banking, insurance, professional services, public administration and non-profit industries. Craig has led Workman Communications Group for the past 25 years, and before that was Vice president of the St. Louis offices of Edelman Public Relations and Shandwick. He began his career as a publications editor for Blue Cross of Missouri.
Craig has guided organizations as varied as Purina Mills, S. M. Wilson & Co., The Business Bank of St. Louis, the City of Maryland Heights and Lutheran Senior Services through a wide range of corporate communications, product/service marketing, issues management and crisis communications projects and programs. He has helped clients successfully deal with product recalls, class action lawsuits, public health crises and controversial real estate developments. He also helped guide a comprehensive long-range planning process for the University of Missouri Alumni Association.
Craig is a past president of the Public Relations Society of America – St. Louis Chapter and currently serves on the board of directors for the Concordance Academy of Leadership, a groundbreaking community re-entry program for ex-offenders. He has served on the St. Louis area advisory board for the Exploring Division – Boy Scouts of America, and is a past member of the St. Louis Post Authority Board of Commissioners.
Professional writer and content creator David Workman has spent most of his 20+ year career crafting short- and long-form content for companies large and small, from Fortune 500 companies to local organizations. Many of David’s efforts have resulted in multi-million-dollar top line revenue growth. He is also the author of two books and maintains a content marketing blog, offering commentary and advice on storytelling and the most effective communication tools and methods.

Kathleen Rose is a social media pioneer who has been deeply involved in social media marketing campaigns since 2008. In 2010, Kathy co-founded and became executive director of www.501Connect.com. This interactive website was created as a St. Louis community resource to build awareness of regional nonprofit entities and cultivate community engagement. Before 2008, Kathy worked as a media buyer/planner for St. Louis-based advertising agencies.

Jeff Dunlap is a former editor and reporter for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and other media . He was recruited by a global public relations firm, and later founded an independent editorial services company. Jeff is a reliable resource for priority media relations, public relations and writing services for business, municipal, professional and nonprofit enterprises, and for individuals.
Jeff has significant issues management and crisis communications experience for business, professional and municipal service organizations. He is skilled at crafting effective messages for distribution to media and stakeholders that work to help neutralize or favorably influence public opinion in crisis situations.
Jeff has substantial experience in promoting economic development and business growth in greater St. Louis. In 2015, Jeff helped develop and launch the new website for the City of Arnold, Missouri and continues to work with the City on communications, promotional and public relations projects. For more than two years he served as public relations consultant and event promoter for both World Trade Center St. Louis and The St. Louis Center for International Relations – both are units of the St. Louis County Economic Council (now known as the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership.)
